Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

LAVŌGUE may refuse or discontinue a home service if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Gift Cards:

Are non-refundable unless required by applicable law;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Must be redeemed before expiry where applicable;
May only be used according to the terms issued with the gift card.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

8. Memberships & Packages:

Memberships and prepaid packages remain subject to their individual terms and conditions.
Benefits cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted.
Unused benefits expire according to the applicable membership or package agreement.

9. Retail Products:

Product availability is subject to stock.
